A set of questions used to screen adventurer's for clearance beyond the walls under the jurisdiction of the Edjudence Adventurer's Guild.

Each front office worker of the Department of Licensing has a copy to hand in their file in case someone wants to file for a license.

Name?
Age?
Species?
Origin?
Do you have experience adventuring in an occupational capacity?
If yes, how long have you been adventuring in an official capacity (treating it as your full time occupation)?
Does your adventuring involve any kind of magical input? If yes, please declare its source. (Arcane, religious, natural etc.)
Have you been affiliated with or taken any adventuring jobs from another Adventurer's Guild previously?
If yes, what kind? (Escort, gathering, hunting etc...)
Have you received a letter of referral from the Guild here?
What kinds of jobs do you intend to take on within Ascium?
Do you intend to take on any jobs outside of the city not officiated by the Guild?
Are you affiliated with any other organisations that we should know about who may ask you to complete tasks outside of the city walls?
Now for a few routine safety questions:
Do you have any issues with the current state of government in Ascium?
Are you aware or familiar with any mages within Ascium practising against the current legislation set in place?
Do you intend to acquire any items that may be imbued with magical influence?
