When dripped into the mouth of a corpse it calls the spirit back and acts as if under the spell, Speak with Dead. The answers under this potion are often clearer and the corpse's spirit must succeed on a DC 16 wisdom save or be unable to lie in its answers to you.

Manufacturing process

With recipe, requires a DC 14 arcana check to make. Any arrangement of the three ingredients creates a weaker version that only acts as the Speak with Dead spell (if the degree of accuracy is more than 4, it acts as a weakened Speak with Dead that only offers 3 questions) but gives the creator an indication that a recipe can be discovered with different quantities of ingredients.
