She is concerned that if things keep going the way they are she may have to shut the guild down for good. They simply can't carry on with no income or support from Department of Licensing.

She hates having to manage the division within the guild and is lost as to how to help everyone get on like they used to. She isn't the most socially adept or very good at mediating. She is getting frustrated and mourns the loss of the old ways of the guild. She fears she may never get it back to how it was, especially with the decrees increasing and her guildmates increasingly limited in what they can do.
She doesn't even know how to get started on contacting the so-called Outwallers that have been lost to her since the city shut its walls.
