Personal history

In his early youth he visited a shrine to The Five and was struck with a horrible vision. He was alone, leading a cult and dying. He has always kept this vision to himself despite his seemingly candid nature.
To avoid such a fate he turned to the gods, Touch in particular. In his mind if he pledged himself to the service of others he would never fall into the pitfalls he had been shown. This dedication has lead to him being an exemplary cleric, rescuing others, sheltering them and embodying the virtue of protection. He is often seen helping budding thieves turn off of said path.
He continues to be haunted by flashes of pages with cryptic notation in a language he can barely recognise yet somehow understand. Most of the time he cannot pinpoint what these flashes are for or what they even relate to. This has, however, lead to him learning that his brother, Seldref Sileghar is no longer a hunter and is in fact cursed. He does not wish to worry his brother with this knowledge and is hoping to find some way to encourage him to try and break the curse he is under without declaring his visions.
