Legendary Requires Attunement

Charges. This item has 4 charges that can be used to power its abilities. These recharge on a long rest.

Pierce the Veil. This ring grants Darkvision to its wearer equal to your own sight distance, this Darkvison allows you to see through magical darkness as well as regular.

Discerning Gaze. As free action you can expend a charge as part of your attack you can force the target of the attack to make a DC 14 Deception check. On a failed save you may choose a category out of Vulnerabilities, Damage Immunities, Damage Resistances and Condition Immunities to learn all of the features in that category. On a successful save nothing happens.

Corrupting Sight. As an action you can expend 2 charges to ruin a random core stat of a creature you can see and that can see your eyes within 60ft forcing it to make a DC 14 wisdom saving throw or have the randomised stat decreased to 4 until the creature completes a long rest or is affected by the Greater Restoration or Remove Curse spells.
