Personal history

Born to a cleric of Sound in a temple after a love affair with tiefling bard. She grew up enjoying the luxuries and extravagance of Ostington and following in her mother's footsteps in the clergy.
She fell into gambling early and was rather successful. Even so far as being sponsored by a mysterious human whom she later developed a relationship. This relationship was scorned, however, when he entered her into a high stakes competition that lead to her bankruptcy as he fled before it was over and revoked his sponsorship. 
Fleeing the shame of her failure, she hopped a boat to Trauque where she made her way as a lady of the night. She worked her way up with her cunning to owning her own establishment in Tentaught. 
She has fallen in love with Karnar Goldbuster from afar but is worried that he would not love someone working in a profession such as hers.

She is embarrassed that she out her trust in someone so callous and ready to betray her and is unlikely to trust someone so easily again.
She is ashamed of her failure and subsequent bankruptcy and almost blames herself for the behaviour of her ex.

Despite her establishment being more low end and taking in those who are down on their luck, she has shunned any attempt the thieve's guild have made to set up a working relationship with The Hot Spot, instead preferring to keep everything above the law.
