The Gilded Scrap Pile/ The Collection

Purpose / Function

the outside of this partuculer abandoned drom is adroned with simple wooden plack hanging from the door in place of what must once have been the name plate for its ocupents. oddly enough the plack would seem to be double sided as you can make out several scratches and skuffs on the lettering that would sugest it has at one point been pressed against the wood off the door.    beyond that strange portal lays the remains of what must have at some point been a fairly comfortable living space however you would now be hard pressed to find somewhere to sleep as the beds have been converted into a make shift counter and laden with an eclectic collection of goods, split perfeclty down the meddle by the seam of hte two frames being presssed together with one half organised in a uneakely chaotic manner befiting the wilde eyed tifling that stands behind it and the other neetly organised to the point of consern not a single corner out of place its nature too reflected in the tall half elf that stands behind that side of the bed/counter.   Their inventory contains:

Scroll of Protection (fay) 1,500gp 2 Using an action to read the scroll encloses you in a invisible barrier that extends from you to form a 5-foot-radius, 10-foot-high cylinder. For 5 minutes, this barrier prevents creatures of the specified type from entering or affecting anything within the cylinder. The cylinder moves with you and remains centered on you. However, if you move in such a way that a creature of the specified type would be inside the cylinder, the effect ends.   A creature can attempt to overcome the barrier by using an action to make a DC 15 Charisma check. On a success, the creature ceases to be affected by the barrier.

Ring of Telekinesis 37,500gp 1 While wearing this ring, you can cast the telekinesis spell at will, but you can target only objects that aren't being worn or carried.
Pipe of Smoke Monsters 54gp 6 While smoking this pipe, you can use an action to exhale a puff of smoke that takes the form of a single creature, such as a dragon, a flumph, or a froghemoth. The form must be small enough to fit in a 1-foot cube and loses its shape after a few seconds, becoming an ordinary puff of smoke.
Staff of Flowers 250gp 3 This wooden staff has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge from the staff and cause a flower to sprout from a patch of earth or soil within 5 feet of you, or from the staff itself. Unless you choose a specific kind of flower, the staff creates a mild-scented daisy. The flower is harmless and nonmagical, and it grows or withers as a normal flower would.   The staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff turns into flower petals and is lost forever.
Tankard of Sobriety 80gp 6 This tankard has a stern face sculpted into one side. You can drink ale, wine, or any other nonmagical alcoholic beverage poured into it without becoming inebriated. The tankard has no effect on magical liquids or harmful substances such as poison.
Wand of Scowls 480gp 3 This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and target a Humanoid you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Charisma saving throw or be forced to scowl for 1 minute. The wand regains all expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand transforms into a wand of smiles.
