Charges. This item has 4 charges that can be used to power its abilities. These charges replenish on a long rest.

Accurate Appraisal. At a glance you can discern an item's true worth.

Generous Donation. As a bonus action you can expend a charge of this item to gift one of your class, race or feat attributes to a creature. The creature's face now appears on the opposite side of the coin. This effect lasts for a minute or until you choose to dispel it. While the gift is active you cannot use the gifted attribute.

All That Glitters is Mine. As a bonus action you can expend 2 charges of this item to take a creature's ability. If the creature is unwilling it must make a DC 16 wisdom saving throw or lose a random ability from its list. This lasts for a minute or until the creature succeeds on a saving throw and while it is active you can use the ability as if it was your own, the creature cannot. The affected creature can retake the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. While the creature is affected its face now appears on the other side of the coin.
