Tarakai
Tarakai is the political capital of the Ivory Empire, starting in 809 IA when the Regent moved the majority of the government from Catal Hisarlik to the newly constructed city.
Infrastructure
The city of Tarakai is arranged in a rectangle measuring 4 miles east to west and 6 miles north to south. The main palace has been placed at the center of the city with four major roads extending from the palace in each of the cardinal directions. The major roads divide the city into four districts.
History
Before the 9th century, there was no record of Tarakai in Imperial historical records except to mention a few tiny settlements in the area. These settlements were destroyed during the construction of the city.
