Holgand Waters is the current head prophet of Sutiratism. His teachings are very famous all around the world, and almost everyone is inspired or changed by them.

He is a bit frail, being over 59 years of age. However, he is physically and mentally fit enough to live a long life.

Holgand is instantly recognizable by his physique since he’s quite famous. He also has the sign of a five-pronged star on his hand, which is branded whenever someone becomes the Prophet.
