Motes of Power

In the world exists powerful objects which are tethered to the Ten Realms, these motes of power can take many different forms but each feel significant or powerful, the motes are never humble items.
Some examples of motes include; the hearts of dragons, gemstones, relics and legendary items.
Motes of power are required for very powerful rituals, such as opening a permanent portal to one of the Realms.
