Stonespire Mountains

These mountains are a bizarre landform, more like a forest of stone on a high plateau rather than true mountains. The rock formations here take on strange properties, however, somehow influenced by the proximity of Grum.
The rocks are like massive stalagmites rising from the earth, at times they make large formations of craggy rocks and spires, some go straight up while others bend and twist like brambles, seemingly defying gravity.
These mountains are the tail end of the much larger mountain range, The World Edge Mountains, which extend from The Driftwood Sea and curve around before ending at The Plains of Madness, beyond the World Edge Mountains is The Sea of Sand, a massive desert which continues until the literal edge of the world.
