Vulyl Khanate
The Vulyl Kharnate relies heavily on raiding, the Bay of Ice is used to attack Casati during the winter months when the bay freezes over and can be safely walked upon. Vulyl raiding parties include mainly hobgoblins and beasts such as Worgs, Mammoths and Woolly Rhinos; they ride into battle on these beasts and cart back their spoils.
Vulyl Khan only recently united the goblinoid clans and did so by conquest. His soldiers demand more and more spoils for their ongoing loyalty, so raiding has become a requirement for the Khan to maintain his power, otherwise, his armies might rebel.
