The Creation of Achnelia

Era beginning/end

The Gods create Achnelia and fill it with life and peoples.

Daeven and Chafta had already made their mark on the world by filling it with plants and animals, but the time had come to create people to populate the world. In the previous world, Orshten had only had a single sentient species, the elves, this time the Gods knew they wanted many peoples.   It was agreed each God could make one people and Xotan Tekli like before led the way and re-created elves, but this time added many varieties and so the Hominoids were born. Kratatak created the Giantkin, then Nurn made the Dwarfkin sometime after that. The Goblinoids were made next by War then Jolenquay made the Seafolk.   Daeven saw the wonder of the intelligent peoples and so took their favourite beasts and turned them into people, creating Animoids. Finally, Varian waited until all the gods were finished and he last created Dragonkin, the most magnificent and powerful of all the person species.   Metoro in secret took some of each of the people and twisted and mutilated them, making them monstrous, the gods knew not how this happened and assumed it was some mistake of creation.
