Velvet Bubbles is the Tabaxi Empress of Kiritoku. She is 45. Her family name is Clan of the Astral, She has one heir Princess Dangling Lace. She has ruled over Kiritoku for 40 Years.

She has terrible temperament and has almost been assainsnated due to how she rules but her Town is still thriving just struggling to make it to Kingdom status.

She built and ran a brothel in her early 20s as a hobby, the Velvet Veil. she trained multiple mistresses until she found the one she was willing to hand the place over to Lady Mari Kirihara. She still pays the brothels bills and checks in every once in awhile.

She is known to pass absurd rules like allowing the Academy students to train on prisoners. But as absurd as some of theses rules are she is still loved by the residents of Kiritoku.
