Combat drugs

Combat drugs are the umbrella term for any sort of narcotic agent that is used to improve the combat capabilities of an individual by suppressing emotions such as love, kindness and empathy and promoting psychopatic and sociopathic tendencies as well as violence and rage. They were outlawed by the federation following reports of soldiers becoming addicted to the drug and either becoming mindless berserkers or being corrupted by the breaker due to their reduced guard. Even still in some regiments the drug is smuggled and there is a black market trade for it. Most of the time only chaos cultists buy them to give them an even chance against some of the more well trained and elite troops of the federation
