Terran Enforcement Service

"For Criminals, their worst nightmare comes in the form of a galaxy wide arrest warrant. Sometimes when even that isn't enough, a squad of Enforcement officers from Terra in power armour is usually enough to do the trick. And if even that isn't enough, then just add superhuman genetics and combat walkers to their squad. If anyone doesn't surrender after that, they are either a fool or willing to die"   An enforcement officer from Bethar, talking about the Terran Enforcement Service
With big stellar nations come big stellar problems. Piracy, ship hijacking, murders, cultist rebellions are just some of the few crimes the Imperium has to face. Local police bodies are sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of crime that can happen on a planet and despite the Imperium being a generally peaceful and utopian place to live in, the snake hidden in the sewers often finds a way out   To counter all of this, the Terran Enforcement Service comes into play. A body of enforcement agencies that are trained beyond their limits, the terran enforcement service has only one job: eradicate criminals and crime from the entire Imperium. To help them achieve their aims, the Terran Enforcement Service has an all time galaxy wide permit to arrest or kill any criminal that achieves enough notoriety. When they are called in, restraint usually isn't a problem since they are usually called in for dire situations like brutal crime waves across an entire sector or an elusive gang of pirates terrorizing important shipping lanes   The Terran Enforcement Service is by far, the best equipped law enforcement organisation in the Imperium. They all wield military grade weapons usually and its officers are oftentimes voidborn who can manipulate the very energies of the void to obliterate their enemies, an art more commonly known as magic. Petty criminals have been known to literally die out of fear, whilst even organised crime lords run away in fear, leaving only the bravest criminals to face these dispensers of justice, wielding guns just as efficiently as swords
