Reaper - The Envoy of Vasavi

The reaper is the envoy of the death god vasavi. He lives deep in the desert but is often gone collecting the souls of the dead.
He is often seen as a floating black cloak with two void like holes for eyes. He carries a scythe which transmutes into a snake and coils around his body until he requires it. He only needs the scythe in the event that someone tries to run.
