Rito

A blue and purple coloured Roc Roc. He's the brother of the Roc Roc king. He was sent to help with the revolution to overthrow Akkadia while the king readied the Roc Roc armies. As a reward for his actions he was given a place on the King's small council after the revolution. He was named master of transport and given the duty of overlooking the nations transport. He was naturally spiteful at this, he believed he deserved more but still he did his job. He worked for Raegar and reported the activities of the king back to his brother. However when he caught the notions of rebellion from Artoria he jumped at the chance to gain a higher position.
He killed the rest of the small council and lead the king to his death at the hands of Artoria. He regrets what he did but he justified his actions by saying that he was doing what was best for the people. After the rebellion he was given the title of High Hand and given the task of getting the people on Artoria's side. He reveled in his new power until Artoria called all of the nobles together. She fed them all a fancy dinner. One of the best meals Rito had ever eaten. Artoria revealed they had all just eaten the previous king Raegar. Many started throwing up but Artoria used calming magic to retain their attention. She told them that mortal flesh is the greatest delicacy and they had the power to attain as much as they desired. She then unveiled her plan to make everyone in the room much richer.

She was so charismatic. She almost had Rito, she definitely had everyone else. Rito knew then that he had made a mistake, a mistake that will cost the lives of so many. He sent word to his brother about Artoria and told him to light the beacon at Unmei shrine in Urbosa's Stand. It was time for a new hero.
