King Hameed Farouk Saab

Hameed II is the current king of Caspia. He has been in power since 992, when his father Akeem of Caspia died. 
The early part of his reign was preoccupied with combating the Nevozrat Armada. Since 1000 IC Hameed has been firm in attempting to keep the Northern League out of the Union War in The "Free Cities". He is counted as a "dove" within the League. He is also publicly skeptical of Republic influence in the League.
