The universe is an amazing place, not because of the gods watching over it or the petty ambitions of mortals. The true wonder of the universe comes from pure, unmolested, chance. A single gaze across the street can change your life as your eyes meet that special someone. The trhill when they bring a new toy into the bed, the exileration when your knife cuts the thug trying to rob you. All of gthese are equally valuable as the turbulance of chance is what makes the universe worthwhile.

Likes & Dislikes

Charnel loves any society and place where order does not impede the natural chaos. One of his favorite areas is the Evergrove. The Woodelves within of course follow a certain order, but they never let that order impede their free will.
On the other hand Charnel despises any system that activly oprresses the chaos. This includes Branos, but he rarely acts directly to confront them, as he realizes that a boarder to order can and will concentrate and spread the chaos. Branos is after all the reason for the hobgoblin infestation even exists in the mountains to the west of Branos.
In contrast Charnel has pure hatred and often sends agents to try to dismantel The Conclave, as it is completly forces its inhabitants into a rgiggid social structure that leaves no room for free thought.
