Iyona the Ashridden

Hailing from the Pal’vryn Empire, Iyona was once a soldier for the “self proclaimed righteous protectors of the world.” While normally stationed with the southern border patrols, a tragic event befell her party, in which there were few survivors. Blamed for the loss, the harrowing experience started Iyona on a gloomy and treacherous path to misfortune.
She would eventually succumb to her depression and leave the empire, wandering about until she reclaimed some of her spirit. The journey would leave her bitter and empty, caring more about what she could take for herself, than helping the people of Pal’vyrn. Upon hearing about Ysgard appearing from the mists, and Dragons Wings’ exploits, whatever glimmer of hope reached out from within her. Perhaps she might have a better time away from the troubles here, and distract herself with new adventures.

A dusky humanoid clad in silvery armor. A keen eye might notice once removed markings and adornments on her cloth. Commonly seen with a wrapped and blackened greatsword, Iyona oftens keeps to herself while at the Overlook.
