Emperor Ralcius Domarien (a.k.a. Truth)
Ralcius, although being a Tiefling, is generally more generous to his subjects and willing to help those who genuinely need it. He rules strictly yet fair and has numerous nobles underneath him to help delegate everyday tasks to the most minute detail. He is notorious for punishing even nobles if they choose to exploit or harm those they preside over, however direct it may have been.
