Divine Origins

Originally, the Domain of Psyche had no dominion of its own, simply wandering the Astral Sea without an actual home to call its own, ruled by the Overgod Cerebrum.
Cerebrum eon ago was one being, one overall deity who’s name has been lost to time. Upon hearing the tragedies happening in The Domain of Death, they felt conflicted. They felt as if they should do something to stop Thanatos, but the logical answer would be to not get involved as it was outside their plane. The internal conflict caused them to paralyze in confusion, overtaking their body until the worst happened. The deity split into two beings, Medulla and Oblongata.
What was left of the Goddess shed from the two newly created gods and created the plane of Cerebrum, where the two of them continue to reign over the Domain of Psyche
