Harsham Hospital

The Harsham hospital is one of the most interesting and creative places I have ever seen. Harsham, being a large nomadic nation that goes all over various terrain, its engineering ingenuity is on peak display with the hospital. It is as anyone would expect from Harsham, whose trade of medicine has served the region for over eight hundred years. When Harsham sets up camp, the first consideration is to setting up the hospital. Harsham carries thousands of different sized and shaped wooden blocks, ropes, hooks, and magnificent canvases of animal skin that serve as either shelter or flooring. Whether Harsham settles on grassy plains, shifting dessert, between jagged mountains or in chaotic jungle, the hospital is strapped in place. The same room that is sheltered between cold mountains stone, can be hanging on canvases tied around trees six months later. This is all the more impressive considering the vast array of stored supplies that they carry with them. Potions, balms, powders, and pure oils are all also either strapped in place by leather belts or weighed down by heavy stones. This system is one of constant change, yet the amesha people of the hospital function so fluidly that it is as if they do not notice the complications of having to build either swamp or solid stone taking up hospital space. Because all the supplies are made by the people of the hospital, because it all comes from the route that Harsham has been intimate with for centuries, and because of the ameshas natural attunement to earth magic, they know instinctively where everything in the hospital, regardless of how things look strewn about. Physicians pick the correct vial of potion in a sea of a hundred others, or create antidotes made by a strict recipe without a single second going towards searching for an ingredient. The hospital room is thus impossible for other physicians to work in. Even other amesha have no way of knowing where all the tools are without wasting hours of time. Yet Harsham physicians have no trouble at all locating everything they need, and work harmoniously on procedures.
