Wendigo

These deadly creatures are said to inhabit the mountains within the realm. It is said that they will stalk their prey for hours, even days. Their presence causes fever, nausea or even insanity. 
If you start feeling any of these symptoms while travelling in the mountains, it is suggested to start travelling at a much faster pace, and not stopping until the feeling goes away. This shows the Wendigo that you are too much work for it and it'll leave you alone, at least it should.
