Invitation to the Warduke

Found on the body of the Warduke after he met his demise at the hands of the OsterRats. Author unknown.
The leaders of the Gilded Throne are meeting with the master of the Black Rose and the dissident within the ranks of the White Hardt. Their clandestine summit is to take place in the depths of the first elven ruins in Rats Rest, which the Throne has recently acquired.
By its end, we will shake the realms with war- with the halting of the wheel, I shall rise. 
I trust you to take the necessary action. See that your better half does not interfere.
