Head of the Copper Carters Consortium, having built it from the ground up.
Involved in the building of what is currently the Gilded Throne's Tower with Lady Elze Greysbane.
He was enchanted by Minna, and had lead the CCC towards ruin by way of bad trades favoring the Gilded Throne. After being freed by the OsterRats he feels a friendship with them, particularly with Estel- who directly protected him, and Tyffany- the daughter of Elze Greysbane whom he is personally friends with.
His office had a stone bust of a man, appearing centuries old as if from the Empire. When the magic upon it was dispelled, it screamed in an unknown language until the enchantment reworked itself.
