Lord Broxlith

Master of the Order of the Black Rose, known as the "Bringer of Thorns."
Forced servitude of Aelryk as his "bodyguard" through unclear means. Other members of the Order do not seem to know what binds him to Lord Broxlith.
He, Lady Ealma, Lord Kozco, Sir Talhymon, and the Warduke were invited to a clandestine meeting in the First Elves Ruins of Rat's Rest. The meeting was to discuss the overthrow of the Crowned Prince Balthasar whom Lord Broxlith regards as "weak." He signed documents implicating him in treasonous acts, which was recovered by the OsterRats.
Evidence of this crime was given by the OsterRats to Sir Konrad, resulting in a chase to bring him to justice. Aelryk appears to have been captured severely wounded, however Lord Broxlith escaped attempts to capture him.
After his treason was brought to the Crowned Prince Balthasar, supported by Sir Talhymon's signed affidavit, he was detained by guards to be brought to trial.
