The Duc Huillame d’Averc

Head of the Fleurid Fellows in Anslaugh Keep.
Involved in building the current Gilded Throne's tower as the architect. Formerly the site of they Greysbane Public Works. Does not appear to have aged in the maybe 20 something years between building the first floor of the tower to present day.
Appeared sickly when visiting the Reichronn with the OsterRats.
