Argus Kolm

Argus Kolm is a retired human sailor of the Waterdavian Navy that runs the Blackfish Chandlery in Saltmarsh. He walks with a limp from an old harpoon wound. Argus loves Saltmarsh and the Sea and is a staunch Traditionalist despite his Waterdeep roots. He spends his evenings chatting up anyone who'll listen at The Snapping Line.
