Effie Fletcher

Effie is the widow of a guard killed by pirates. She is the Elder barmaid at The Wicker Goat. Lankus Kurrid is very protective of her, as are the guards who frequent The Wicker Goat. Her long shift starts about midday, runs through to late evening, and she spends most of her time in the taproom.
