Tuttle Wealtide

Quartermaster (3rd Mate) - Tuttle Wealtide Handles the distribution and procurement of goods, rations, space, and supplies. As Quartermaster he also participates in onboard safety training, meetings and drills, as directed by the Captain, including fire, abandon ship, man overboard, flooding and medical emergencies. Tuttle is a kindly but meticulous old tortle, who thinks a bit too much of paperwork and bureaucracy. He also serves as the ship’s clerk.
