Amihan
Amihan is a magic-user and a member of The Root organization. They run a fortune-telling booth in the shopping district of Fidelia, oftentimes scamming tourists out of their money.
During the Tulips' time in Fidelia, Amihan was the first to introduce them to the concept of The Root, and seemed to have a sort of uncanny knowledge about the events occurring in the city.
Amihan is one of the first to inform the Tulips that they need to go to the town of Hope, for something is very wrong there.
After the Tulips' adventure in Leviathan, Amihan was contacted in order to notify Maxwell Fenwick of his stolen inventions.
Not much is known about Amihan's history or their abilities. From the Tulips' limited interaction with them, it appears that Amihan specializes in illusions and trickery, as they quite enjoy messing with the Tulips from time to time. Despite their playful nature, however, Amihan takes their job seriously and is generally helpful (when it suits them).
