Thelma

Thelma is the head of the Fidelian Informer's Guild. Little is known about the members of the Informer's Guild, out of necessity for their occupation, so Thelma's history is especially obscure.
During the second scourge of the Deadly Raven, when the Tulips were in Fidelia, Thelma was instrumental in their investigation. She offered them information on the late Henry Olmsted and a few of her compatriots helped them keep the crowd safe during the Exhibition.
Thelma is a purveyor of the truth, and takes her job very seriously. As a result, she has a deep and profound respect for the Tulips, who helped expose a lie that had been right under her nose for decades.
She remains in Fidelia running the Informer's Guild.
