Happy Beholder

The Happy Beholder is a popular tavern in the dock district, that is known to be frequented by sailors and mercenaries swapping tales. It is owned and managed by the famous beholder Large Lugi, who has a friendly green parrot to keep everyone in good cheer. The tavern stands in the Low City part of Bral,near the Docks. It lays in the heart of a wedge-shaped block of buildings neighboring Shou-town, defined by Dock Street, Dragon Street, and Eel Street.
