Jasper the Jester

A halfling jester with a painted face and patchwork motely clothes. He juggles and combiens his tricks with magics, making things dissapear and reappear. He was encountered at Count Ganlon Idogyr's ball by Elyn and gifted her with a coin, which was later revealed to be coin given as a jest and an insult.
