Base Effects: 10 foot radius blast, Dangerous (1). Targets within the effected area must make a Reflex Save. Those that critically fail take double damage and suffer Ablaze (2). Those that fail take 2d8 fire damage and gain the Ablaze (1) condition. Those that succeed take full damage but do not suffer Ablaze condition. Those that critically succed take half damage.
Rank II Effects: Damage increases to 4d8 Fire damage. Radius increases to 15 feet. Becomes Ablaze (2) on regular failure and Ablaze (4) on a critical failure.
Rank III Effects: Damage increases to 6d8 fire damage. Radius becomes 20 feet. Becomes Ablaze (3) Condition on a regular failure and Ablaze (6) on a critical failure.
