We find ourselves in a most odd position. Needing ta be requesting a strange requisition. For sailing on the sea won't finish this job. So First Captain I ask ye, gift us the ability to do a wee bit more than sink or bob.

Effect

Basic Effects: All effected targets gain the ability to breath underwater and a swim speed equal to their natural land speed for the duration

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You can target up to five creatures plus yourself.

Tier III Effects: You can target up to seven creatures plus yourself.

Manifestation

Upon...kissing the fish, a revolting experience, the creature seems to disappear, as you feel something odd happening along the sides of your neck and within your chest. Breathing air still works yet it feels...odd, as if not all of it is getting down to your lungs. You also feel the wild and sudden urge...no not an urge, a demand, to jump in the water. As you dive in, you feel the divine energy within you, and as you kick, it is powerful, graceful, in rhythm and timing. It seems the sea can be a sweetheart, sometimes.

Every target must have a fish in hand and must kiss it as the prayer is being finished.
