Basic Effects: Ranged weapon attacks against targets under the effect of this Prayer have 25% chance to miss. This does not effect spell-forms or prayers as those are not solid objects but are just energy so wind will not manipulate their path.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: 20 foot radius

Tier III Effects: 50% miss chance.

Manifestation

As you finish praying, the wind all about and around you begins to whip to life with force and swiftness, howling a little in your ear.
