Call of the Tempest

Effect

Basic Effects: You fling two bolts of strange blue-white lightning, tempest bolts. Each target must attempt an Agility Defensive Test. If they fail, they take 2d6 lightning and 1d6 cold damage per bolt and are afflicted with the Slow (1) condition, which will stack with multiple bolts if they fail the test each time. If successful they take half damage and are not subject to the condition.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You get one more bolt.

Tier III Effects: You get one more bolt.

Manifestation

As you call out to the First Captain, you feel his blessing, lightning coursing through your veins, crackling down your arm and through your fingertips. Pointing with a chuckle, you let the first bolt fly.
