Effect

Basic Effects: All targets gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage for the duration. Furthermore for the duration, all creatures effected deal an extra 1d6 lightning damage on any melee attack and an extra 1d6 thunder damage with any ranged attack.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You may target one additonal creature, and the instances of damage become 2d6

Tier III Effects: You may target on additional creature, and the instances of damage become 3d6.
