Call for the Blessing of the Wind

Effect

Basic Effects: All those effected for the duration gain +10 feet of movement speed, gain an extra Action that may be used to Move, Strike, Use an Item, Hide, or Disengage, but not to cast spells or call upon any prayers.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: Increase movement speed boost to 20 feet. You may effect up to three additional creatures in range and yourself.

Tier III Effects: Increase movement speed boost to 30 feet. All effected creatures gain an extra Reaction they can utilize for the round.

Manifestation

As you finish the prayer, everyone feels the wind literally at their backs, they feel the air trying to push, lift, aide them. They feel the speed, as if a ship at full sail, the air around them seeming to zip and whirr, like they were moving at high speeds even as they are not yet. The world around you all seems to slow down, a strange sensation as you feel the bravado and confidence rising within you.
