Craft DC: 16, Tier II: 21, Tier III: 26

Range: 60 feet

Duration: 1 minute

Base Effects: 10 foot blast radius, Dangerous (1). Targets in the blast radius must make a Fortitude Save. If critically failed they take double damage and are Stunned (1) along with other effects. If failed, they take 2d8 thunder damage and suffer the Deafened condition for the duration. If they succeed, they are not deafened but take full damage. If critically successful they take half damage.

Rank II Effects: Blast Radius becomes 15 feet, Damage increases to 4d8.

Rank III Effects: Damage increases to 6d8, Radius becomes 20 feet.
