Special: This rune needs to be declared and keyed by the Runesmith as part of their daily preperations immediately after every Rest. It must be keyed to one of the six core attributes.

Basic Effects: +2 to the appropriate attribute.

Tier II Effects: +4 to the appropriate attribute.

Tier III Effects: +6 to the appropriate attribute.
