Base Effects: As you toss this weapon, manifesting your ego's desire, the air around you and it as it travels seems to noticeably and swiftly drop in temperature. When the weapon strikes its target, it inflicts 1d8 cold damage as well as its ordinary damage. Furthermore they are afflicted with Slow (1) Condition.

Tier II Effects: Now inflicts 2d8 cold damage and Slow (2) Condition

Tier III Effects: Now inflicts 3d8 cold damage and Slow (3) Condition.
