Basic Effects: The target must make a Sagacity Defensive Test. If failed, they take a -4 to the roll they are attempting. If successful, they shake it off but take 1d10 psychic damage.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: Becomes -6 to the roll they are attempting, or 2d10 psychic damage.

Tier III Effects: Becomes -8 to the roll they are attempting, or 3d10 psychic damage.

Manifestation

As you draw the arrow back, you feel dread and fear, a lack of confidence flooding you, as you see an omen of ill luck appear before you. Perhaps you see a black cat cross your path, perhaps you realize you stepped on a mirror if appropriate, or walked under a ladder. Whatever the superstitious vision, it leads you to believe you have seen an ill omen, and has you feeling self-doubt.
