Basic Effects (Tier I): +1 Skill ranks in Athletics, and at the cost of 2 actions you can leap up to your movement speed either distance, or straight up. You cannot stay airborne, but it allows you to leap great distance.

Tier II Effects: +2 Skill ranks in Athletics.

Tier III Effects: The mighty leap only costs 1 action.
