Base Effects: When you throw this weapon at your target, it crackles to life, bolts of electrical energy dancing all about it as it flies through the air. When it strikes its target, it inflicts 1d8 lightning damage in addition to its ordinary weapon damage, and the target collapses, gaining the Prone condition.

Tier II Effects; Damage becomes 2d8 lightning.

Tier III Effects: Damage becomes 3d8 lightning.
