The Lockbreak Litany

Effect

Basic Effects: You count your Subterfuge Skill rank as 1 higher when picking locks. If you are already of a Master Rank, if the lock is TN of 20 or less, it just opens, no roll required.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You count your Subterfuge Skill rank as 2 higher when picking locks. If you are already of a Master Rank, if the lock is TN 25 or less it just opens, no roll required.

Tier III Effects: You count your Subterfuge Skill rank as 3 higher when picking locks. If you are already of a Master Rank, if the lock is TN 30 or less it just opens, no roll required.

Manifestation

As you flick out your lockpick, whispering the litany you know well, touching the holy symbol about your neck, you feel the subtle presence of the Fate-weaver himself, or a being close to him. You feel the presence touch your simple tool, the Divine power setting it humming ever so slightly, vibrating a bit in your grip.
